Ghana advances phased migration of disaster-impact data to DELTA Resilience

UNDRR reports that Ghana’s NADMO is moving disaster-impact records to DELTA Resilience in phases. Work includes assessing existing data and reporting workflows and standardizing historical records; wider staff training remains planned.

The implementing partner’s 13 October report describes an ongoing transition from DesInventar to DELTA Resilience, following NADMO’s request for UNDRR support in February 2026.

What changed

More consistent disaster-impact data can inform preparedness and resource allocation across institutions.

Who this is for

NADMO and institutions using disaster-impact information for preparedness and planning across Ghana.

Dates & context

The migration is phased, not a completed national rollout; 13 October is the progress-report date rather than the start of work.
