Estonia publishes videos explaining sheltering in different homes
Estonia’s Rescue Board announced the first instructional videos on sheltering in glass buildings, wooden houses and homes without basements.
The 16 October announcement says the first videos were published. Further animated guidance for streets, outdoor settings and transport was planned for the second half of November, not reported as already available.
What changed
The videos add a visual learning resource to existing written sheltering guidance, for public use and training.
Who this is for
Residents and people using the Rescue Board’s or its partners’ training resources in Estonia.

Dates & context
This is a resource-release milestone distinct from the 1 October civil-protection campaign announcement. It is not a warning of an imminent attack, a guarantee of safety in any building or evidence that the full planned series has been released. The announcement was checked; the videos themselves were not watched.
