Poland reports safety guides delivered to more than 11 million households
Poland’s interior ministry said more than 11 million households had received its safety guide by mid-January. Distribution was expected to cover about 16.3 million households by the end of January, with remaining copies routed through regional and local authorities.
The ministry describes the guide as practical civil-protection education covering natural disasters, breakdowns, blackouts, disinformation and hybrid threats, rather than exclusively armed conflict. Digital Polish, English and Ukrainian versions had already been available for months.
What changed
A measurable rollout update beyond the existing August 2025 guide launch. The 16.3 million figure is a target in this source, not verified completed delivery.
Who this is for
Printed public safety-guide distribution.
Dates & context
Physical delivery is a separate implementation milestone from publishing the guide online. The January release establishes progress already made, but its end-of-month coverage forecast should not be silently converted into an achieved total.
